Modern life is busy and stressful and we seldom, if ever, feel like we can truly relax. Most of the tension we feel, however, is due to the way we think and react to the different situations in our life. In this talk, Gen Kelsang Donsang will explain the role of our mind in all our experiences and how, through learning to control and transform our mind through meditation, we can finally find the peace and happiness we long for, even in the midst of our busy modern world.
