Volunteering

All of KMC Montreal's activities are entirely supported by the collective energy of a large number of volunteers who work together to provide this peaceful space for all who visit the center. An opportunity to help and connect with the community!

Process for becoming a volunteer:

Typically, individuals begin by attending center activities on a regular basis and initially offer logistical assistance for the activities they attend. Afterwards, they may be offered various other opportunities for involvement. Please note that volunteers do not receive any benefits or discounts for their involvement.

Dusting
Labeling and pricing
Purchasing products

RITUAL

Preparing the meditation room
Making daily water offerings
Preparing permanent offerings
Maintaining altars
Preparing weekly offerings (TSOG)

ACTIVITY LOGISTICS

Prepare space for workshops
Prepare tea and tea room
Clean tea room
Cook meals
Serve meals
Update outdoor table
Welcome the public (before activities)
Distribute publicity
