WHAT DO WE REALLY WANT?
Everyone whether religious or non-religious is looking for happiness all the time and wants to be free from suffering and problems. We usually depend upon external things to make us happy – our relationships, our health, our reputation, our career, to name just a few. By practicing meditation we can come to understand and experience that it is our mind, not other people nor circumstances, that determines how happy we are.
These classes are suitable for everyone and are an ideal introduction to meditation and modern Buddhist teachings.
